Mediara is in the process of obtaining the EFQM Excellence Model Certification.

The EFQM Excellence Model Certification was introduced as an internal self assessment tool for companies and as the framework for assessing organisations for the European Quality Award which was granted for the first time in 1992.

It has now become the most widely used organisational framework in Europe as well as the basis for the majority of national and regional Quality Awards.

The EFQM organisation's aim is to help create strong European organisations through successful quality management applied not only to their business processes but also to their relationships with employees, customers, stakeholders and communities where they operate.

The application of the EFQM's basic principles enables organisations to better identify both their positive and negative trends giving them the opportunity to concentrate on improving their weaknesses and fostering their strengths. The logical result of this process is a more flexible organisation capable of rapidly reacting on a critical situation.

One of Mediara's priorities is processes and Customer service quality. Our mission is based on continuous improvement and that is the reason why we are constantly looking to identify our weaknesses so that we can solve them and therefore provide a better service. The EFQM Excellence Model is the best way to assure our clients, partners and competitors that excellence and quality are two of Mediara's basic principles.
